Welcome to Longevity Engineer. These Terms explain the rules for using our service. Please read them carefully. By messaging our assistant on WhatsApp, using our iOS app, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Longevity Engineer (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship owned by Prashant Singh, registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam (UDYAM-HR-05-0205364), at C-12, The Icon, Block 12, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002, India.
2. The service
Longevity Engineer is a personal health and longevity assistant on WhatsApp. It understands text, photos and voice notes; provides general guidance on nutrition, training, sleep and recovery; logs meals from photos; can import health context from ChatGPT with your confirmation; can sync the Apple Health / Apple Watch data you grant through our iOS app; can help you order food through Swiggy (Food, Instamart, Dineout) if you connect it; and lets you book a call with us.
Longevity Engineer is currently in beta. We may change, add or remove features over time, and parts of it may occasionally not work as expected.
3. Not medical advice
Please read this carefully.
- Longevity Engineer is not a medical service or healthcare provider. No doctors, dietitians or other health professionals are currently involved in providing the service.
- The assistant does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and does not prescribe medicine.
- Guidance is general wellness information. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor.
- Consult a doctor before starting a new diet, exercise programme or supplement, or changing any medication, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.
- Never ignore or delay seeking medical advice because of something the assistant said.
- In an emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services (in India, dial 112) immediately. Do not use Longevity Engineer for emergencies.
Replies are generated with the help of AI. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, and meal photo estimates are approximate. Use your judgement.
4. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use Longevity Engineer. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract.
5. Your account and responsibilities
Your account is linked to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping your phone and WhatsApp account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you share. You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- impersonate anyone or share someone else’s personal data without their permission;
- use the service to send spam or automated messages.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
6. Messages from us
By starting a chat with us, you agree to receive messages from Longevity Engineer on WhatsApp, including replies, check-ins and reminders. Reply STOP at any time to stop proactive messages. You can still message us afterwards.
7. Connected services
ChatGPT import. You may bring in health context from ChatGPT by pasting it, sharing a link or uploading an export. We only save it after you confirm. Only share content that you are entitled to share.
Apple Health. Our iOS app reads Apple Health data only with your permission, and you can turn this off at any time in iOS Settings.
Swiggy. If you connect Swiggy Food, Instamart or Dineout (each with separate consent), the assistant can help you find and place orders. Orders, payments, delivery, bookings, refunds and cancellations are provided by Swiggy and its partners under Swiggy’s own terms. We are not the seller and are not responsible for the food, products, prices, availability, delivery or dining experience. The assistant never places an order or booking without your final, explicit confirmation. Please review each order before confirming.
Third-party services (including WhatsApp, Apple, Swiggy and Cal.com) are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Calls
You can book a call with us through Cal.com at cal.com/longevity-engineer/15min. Calls are free during our beta. They are for general guidance and support, not medical consultations. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your booking confirmation.
9. Fees
Longevity Engineer is free during our beta, including booked calls. We do not take any payments, so there is nothing to refund. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, with clear prices, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
10. Your content and our service
You own the content you send us. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Longevity Engineer name, assistant, software and website content belong to us, and you may not copy or resell them.
11. Privacy and deleting your data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. You can delete all of your data at any time by messaging DELETE MY DATA on WhatsApp or by emailing us. See How to delete your data. You can stop using the service at any time.
12. Availability
We work hard to keep Longevity Engineer running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third-party services such as WhatsApp, which may change or go down.
13. Disclaimers and limits on our liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we make no promises that the service will meet your needs or that any guidance will produce particular health results;
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on guidance instead of seeking medical advice;
- as the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to INR 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know on WhatsApp or update the effective date on this page. If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
