Your health coach, right inside WhatsApp
Longevity Engineer is a personal health and longevity assistant that lives on WhatsApp. No new app to learn, no dashboards to remember to check. You message it like you would message a friend who happens to know a lot about nutrition, training, sleep and recovery.
We built it for busy people who want to live longer, healthier lives, and who know that the hard part is not knowing what to do, but doing it consistently, day after day.
What it does
- Text, photos or voice. Type, send a photo, or send a voice note (we transcribe it to text).
- Everyday guidance. Practical, personalised advice on nutrition, training, sleep and recovery, based on what you share and how you are progressing.
- Meal logging from photos. Snap a photo of your plate and send it. The assistant estimates what you ate and keeps a log for you.
- Bring your context from ChatGPT. If you have already discussed your health with ChatGPT, you can bring that context over by pasting it, sharing a link, or uploading a data export. Nothing is saved to your profile until you confirm it.
- Apple Health and Apple Watch sync. Our iOS app can read the Apple Health data you choose to share (via HealthKit), such as activity, workouts, heart, sleep and body measurements, only with your permission, so your guidance reflects how you are actually doing.
- Help ordering food. If you choose to connect Swiggy, the assistant can help you find and order healthier options through Swiggy Food, Instamart and Dineout. Each service needs your separate consent, nothing is ever ordered without your final confirmation, and you can disconnect any time.
- Talk to a human. You can book a call with us whenever you want to talk things through. Longevity Engineer, including calls, is free during our beta.
What it is not
Longevity Engineer is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. Please consult a qualified doctor before making significant changes to your diet, exercise or medication, and always if you have a medical condition or symptoms that worry you. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
How we treat your data
Health data is personal and sensitive, and we treat it that way. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to provide the service to you, and never sold. We do not run ads. You can see and edit everything we hold about you in Your File, and you can delete all of it at any time by messaging DELETE MY DATA to the bot on WhatsApp. Read our full Privacy Policy.
