Your health engineer, on WhatsApp
Stop guessing what to eat.
Text it like a friend. It knows your targets, your watch, your glucose and your day, picks your next meal, and orders it on Swiggy when you say yes.

Ask in English or Hinglish, by text, photo or voice note.
How it works
Text. It decides. You eat.
Say hi
A five-minute chat sets your goal and food rules. Connect your watch, glucose sensor or calendar whenever you like.
Ask, or get pinged
Ask when you're hungry, send a menu photo, or let it message you before your lunch gap.
One clear pick
One dish, with the numbers and the reason. Swap it if it's not right. It asks before ordering anything.
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
Generic advice doesn't know your day.
| A chatbot | A diet chart | Longevity Engineer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Knows what you ate today | Only if you tell it, every time | No | Yes, from photos, voice and picks |
| Reads your watch and glucose | No | No | Yes, automatically |
| Messages you at the right time | No, you have to ask | No | Yes, timed to your calendar |
| Picks from the menu in front of you | Sometimes | No | Yes, one dish with numbers |
| Orders it for you | No | No | Yes, on Swiggy, after your yes |
- Knows what you ate todayYes
- Reads your watch and glucoseYes
- Messages you at the right timeYes
- Picks from the menu in front of youYes

A chatbot or a diet chart does none of these on its own.
With a glucose sensor
See what food does to you.
Every meal is matched to your glucose. Eat a dish twice and you see your typical response, not someone else's.
| Your dish | Times | Typical rise |
|---|---|---|
| Paneer tikka bowl | 3 | +18 |
| Dal chawal | 4 | +24 |
| Rajma chawal | 2 | +38 |
Example. Numbers only, never verdicts.
It comes to you
A day with your engineer.
A short brief after you wake: sleep, yesterday, and what matters today.
One lunch pick, sent before your meeting gap.
Workout synced from your watch. Dinner can be a little bigger.
- Sunday
Your week in six lines, and one thing to try next.

“I spent years scaling delivery at Zomato and knew what I should eat, yet still guessed at every meal. So I built the engineer I wanted: one that knows my day and just makes the call. I use it for every meal.”
FAQ
Before you ask.
Is it a doctor or dietitian?
No. It's food and habit guidance for adults, not medical advice. It never suggests crash diets and won't advise on medicines.
Does it order without asking?
Never. It shows the exact cart, price and address, and only places it when you reply yes.
Do I need a watch or a glucose sensor?
No. It works with just WhatsApp. Each device you connect makes the picks sharper.
Vegetarian, Jain, eggetarian?
Tell it once. Your food rules and allergies are checked before every pick.
What happens to my data?
It's used only to help you, never sold, and there are no ads. Disconnect anything any time; full data deletion is coming very soon.
